The 109th running of the Indy 500 saw continued turmoil post-race as two Andretti Global and one Prema Racing cars failed technical inspections. All three cars have been penalized, moved to the back of the field, fined $100,000 each, and face a one-race suspension for their competition managers at the upcoming Detroit race.
